Job Description

Have
a good understanding of start-ups.

Responsible
for Brand Management and interaction with media establishments.

for managing investors and investor’s funds.

Provide
leadership and inspire team building among employees.

Responsible
for providing strategic direction and vision to the whole team.

·        
Responsible
for providing insights and projections for the company.

·        
Must
demonstrate passion for job.

·        
Report
to the board of directors.

·        
Provide
strategic, operational, marketing and overall growth plan for the business.

·        
Work
closely with the human resource department to ensure the right staff are hired,
promote a performance driven and positive morale work environment.

·        
Oversee
the company’s fiscal activity.


CEO Requirements

·        
A
good first degree or equivalent in business, marketing or related discipline
from a reputable tertiary institution. An MBA or any other higher degree as
well as a professional qualification will be an added advantage.

·          7
– 10 years’ experience in a management role with cognate experience in startups
would be an added advantage.

·        
Excellent
relationship management and strategic networking skills.

·        
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.

·        
Excellent
leadership, negotiation, marketing, planning and organization skills.

·        
Strong
investor management orientation and business acumen.

·        
Strong
ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems
quickly and communicate clearly.

Between
35 years and 40 years of age (but this may be waived in exceptional cases).
