Job Description

Assists
upper management in setting goals that promote company growth.

·        
Oversees
daily operations of the team.

·        
Prepares
and manage budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed.

·        
Review, develop and measure key metrics for the operation.

·        
Manages
team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines.

·        
Develops
plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

·        
Improves
existing systems and policies.

·        
Promotes
and enforces safety as well as ensure that employees adheres to applicable laws
and regulations.

·        
Works
closely with other units to promote efficient processes.

·        
Identify
improvement areas and implements systems to boost company effectiveness.

·        
Manage
internal and external service suppliers.

·        
Executes
necessary plans designed to meet company goals.


Requirements                                  

·        
A
good first degree or equivalent in operations management, business, finance or
related discipline from a reputable tertiary institution. An MBA or any other
higher degree as well as a professional qualification will be an added
advantage.

·          3
– 5 years’ experience in operations management role. Cognate experience in
startups would be an added advantage.

·        
Exhibited
a high level of organisation and planning skills.

·        
Possesses
strong business acumen.

·        
Excellent
relationship management and strategic networking skills.

·        
Strong
ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems
quickly and communicate clearly.

·        
Possess
strong management, decision-making, leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal,
and communication skills.











































·        
Between
30 years and 35 years of age.
