Job Description

·        
Assists
upper management in setting goals that promote company growth.

·        
Provides
job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying
existing staff of internal opportunities and liaise with job agencies if
needed.

·        
Work
with the accountant to pay employees by computing salaries, distributing
checks; keeping records.

·        
Maintains
personnel records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in
job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal
time.

·        
Orients
new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company
policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and
obtaining signatures for benefit programs.

·        
Create
regular reports and presentation on HR Metrics.

·        
Manage
the office environment.

·        
Organise
and coordinate trainings and meetings.

·        
Handle
internal and external communication.


Responsibilities

·        
Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

·        
Minimum
of 3 years’ work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.

·        
Experience
with HR software.

·        
Computer
literacy especially MS Office applications.

·        
Well
knowledgeable of Nigeria labor laws.

·        
Excellent
organizational, time management, leadership, persuasion skills.

·        
Strong
phone, email and in-person communication skills.





































·        
Between
30 years and 35 years of age.
