Deji Agboade

Deji is high performance and self-reliant business analyst and product manager with a strong management consulting background focused on digital transformation, strategy, HR and finance. He has a good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and he is comfortable working with the agile and waterfall methodology in delivering on client projects. Deji is a qualified chartered accountant and advisory professional with over 18 years hands-on experience acquired in both the private and public sectors and across multiple industries including oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, infrastructure and government, consumer markets and the professional service industry. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan Atlantic University (PAU) in addition to being an alumnus of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, United Kingdom and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore. Deji seats on several boards and has also facilitated a number of business management lectures on several platforms across the country.  He possesses strong leadership, communication, presentation, active listening, and interpersonal skills that enables him build consensus with top-level stakeholders.  He is also a competent resource person who brings to bear his analytical and problem resolution skills in delivering value to clients

Pelumi Adeniran

Pelumi is a first class engineering graduate from the University of Ibadan with over 13 years hands on experience.  His Information Technology (IT) and Business Advisory experience cuts across various industries specifically Telecommunications, Logistics, Oil & Gas (Downstream and Upstream), Financial Services, Gaming and Agriculture as well as several functional areas such as Supply Chain Management, Finance and Human Resources Management. Pelumi has varied experience in assisting clients with enterprise transformation, business planning, business process re-engineering, financial modeling, enterprise software evaluation and selection, custom application development having successfully lead a number of complex organization wide business advisory and IT projects. One of his major projects sees him oversee the development of a financial management structure for key clients across multiple industries. His IT skills also cuts across a number of phases of IT advisory services from systems analysis to design, development, testing, training, project management and change enablement.

Dr. Anderson Uvie-Emegbo

Dr. Uvie-Emegbo is a Visiting Faculty of China Europe International Business School, a Visiting Faculty at Strathmore Business School, Kenya and a Resource Faculty at Lagos Business School, Nigeria. He is a Senior Faculty and Dean, Digital School at Star Sapphire. Dr Anderson received his Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria. He is an alumnus of both IESE Business School, Spain and Lagos Business School, Nigeria. He has certifications in Customer Experience Management and Information Technology Business Management (ITBMC) from the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, USA and Belmont University, USA respectively. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University, United Kingdom. He has attended the Design Thinking Workshop at Harvard Business School as well as sessions in Kellogg School of Management. Dr. Uvie-Emegbo teaches digital banking, digital business, doing business in Africa, competitive strategy, disruptive innovation, change management, transformational leadership, services leadership, retail strategy, product development, coaching and mentoring, healthcare leadership, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement to executives, senior leaders and managers of leading multinational firms focused on Africa as well as African headquartered firms operating in and expanding within and outside Africa. He has developed branchless banking and retail banking strategies for a number of leading Pan-African financial services firms. He is also an international conference speaker and has addressed Chief Executive Officers of the Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies in Kenya. At the United Bank for Africa, where he served as the bank’s pioneer Group Web Strategist and pioneer Head of Web Management & E-Media, he won the top 3 project of the year award at its 2009 Annual CEO Awards. He also had a brief stint in ING Direct in Madrid. He has led the Digital Media, Digital Marketing and Crisis Management functions of First Bank of Nigeria, Pepsi Nigeria and Strathmore University, Kenya respectively. He is the Transformation Consultant to XDS Credit Bureau, the first and leading independent credit reporting agency in Nigeria as well Traders of Africa, a Pan-African e-commerce trade platform. In October 2017, he was appointed as a consultant to lead the first ever National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) of Ghana. Dr Anderson is also a past Executive Vice President, Chicago Institute of Business, USA. Anderson has worked and travelled extensively in Africa, Middle East, Europe and North America. Anderson’s passions include writing, digital storytelling and videography (he has produced hundreds of short edutainment videos that have garnered almost 1.4 Million views on You Tube as at October 2017). Prior to this period, Dr Anderson practiced medicine for 3.5 years.
